The fabrics used to make the mosaic scarves are all repurposed fabrics, made from the ends of the other scarf fabrics. This scarf is patiently cut and pieced together, using approximately 30 - 50 different fabrics in each one. Silvery grey thread is used to sew the scarf together and serves to unite the fabrics. Each one of these scarves is both unique and individual as the fabrics come together in a new and exciting way every time. Therefore, the scarf you receive likely won't look exactly as the one pictured, but it will certainly be similar in colour and fabrics.
Most of the fabrics used in the mosaic scarves are silk, with a large portion of additional fabrics in the black version being wool blends.
These scarves are my most popular, customers routinely relate to me the many compliments they receive when they wear them. They also make lovely gifts, especially for birthdays or Mother's Day...
