Hinkleville is run by one girl, a Toronto based artist, Janet. It all began with Janet's passion to make art and share her interests and experiences, also to make all sorts of fun and unique things that the artist herself would want to wear/use.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing made-to-order items and 3-5 business days for ready to ship items. Due to the fact that Hinkleville operates out of a shared mekerspace, delays occasionally occur, this is the primary reason for the lengthy processing time frame. Customers will receive an email with shipping information for your order. All custom orders are considered made-to-order unless otherwise noted by the seller at time of purchase.
Shipping will be standard Canada Post shipping and the charges are reflected for each item. If you need more expedited shipping or shipping with tracking, please feel free to contact me and we can work out another method of delivery, additional charges may apply. Please note: there may be an added cost to your order if delivery to a remote area is required.
All orders will be shipped when completed. If you have ordered an item that is 'Ready to Ship' and one that is not ready to ship, everything will be posted in one shipment unless otherwise requested by the buyer.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please note, shipping times can take 2-4 weeks from time of shipment, depending on the country of destination. All International orders will be shipped via Canada Post Standard Mail or Air Mail (depending on the size of the package). If you would like end to end tracking, and/or a faster shipping time, please contact me for details about upgrading shipping.
Please note: Hinkleville and the Hinkleville shop owner are NOT responsible for lost or stolen orders. Refunds will not be given for lost or stolen items if the buyer did not request a shipping option that includes tracking. In the event that an order is lost or stolen while in transit I will always try to find a solution that suits both the customer and myself (the shop owner) on a case by case basis, please contact for more information.
