These will be available at the One of a Kind Winter 2018 Show! I will be at the show during the first 5 days.

Lynn's Lids sheepy wool dryer balls are hand crafted in Canada with a combination of wet & dry felting. The adorable sheep faces are needle felted by Lynn by hand onto wet felted 100% natural (undyed) wool roving balls, which are about 21.5-23cm / 8-9" circumference (sizes vary), and weigh just under 50g/2oz each. Every sheepy ball is a little different, with a slightly different personality.

These were originally made to be used as energy-saving dryer balls, but over the years have had people buy them as natural baby toys, tree ornaments, or fibre art in a bowl in their living room.

Wool dryer balls help reduce dryer time by soaking up some of the dampness and bouncing around creating better air flow. They soften clothes, can help reduce static (but I suggest not overdrying your synthetics, which is what causes static), and are safe for cloth diapers.

These are a perfect little baby shower gift: eco-friendly, adorable, all natural, undyed, and safe for sensitive skin. Besides, what new parent doesn't need a little help in the laundry department?

If you like some fragrance in there, you can add a few drops of your favourite essential oil to the balls.

The balls will last several years. Being pure wool, they may shrink slightly over time.

Three balls is a good place to start for a regular load of laundry in a regular sized dryer, but the more you have in your dryer, the better. I personally use 6 balls in my large dryer (and I love my clothesline in summer).
