As an artist and a jewellry designer, baking cookies was the last thing I thought I would be doing. During the 90's I began serving our cookies along with wine at my exhibitions and shows. My clients kept on coming back for more and more. My friends and family started to request I bake my mother Esther's cookies for their special events. In 2002 Esther Gould's Finest Mandelbroit Cookies was born.
We are a small hands-on company. We do everything ourselves, from searching out quality ingredients, to the making and baking of out product, to hand packaging and direct sales. Every batch is formed by hand and slow cooked in the our traditional family manner.
