Compelled by storytelling, designer and goldsmith Theresa Duong aims to capture sentiments and charm through bespoke engagement rings, wedding bands, and jewellery for special occasions. She’s a secret bearer of surprise gifts and works with clients to design handcrafted fine jewellery that tells their unique story. The delicate nature of flora and fauna inspires Theresa’s work, which she captures stylistically in her sterling silver jewellery collections. Her interests in textiles and bookbinding and passion for collecting small nostalgic treasures inform her aesthetic.
Theresa graduated from OCAD University’s Bachelor of Design program where she was trained in jewellery and metalsmithing techniques. Theresa is currently creating in Toronto. Her work is represented at the Craft Ontario Shop, AGO gift shop, and L.A. Pai Gallery, and have exhibited at the Toronto Outdoor Art Fair, Cabbagetown Art & Crafts, and various other local shows.
Theresa takes joy in overseeing the entire production of a piece from meeting with clients to discuss their one of a kind piece to design and fabrication and delivery.
